Apartment is well located, in a quiet place, but furnishing is decadent, old style, in kitchen there are very basic things and sink very small . I don't know Kiev standards, but apartment i located in Sofia one month ago was more confortable and very well refinished.
By the way, if you don't pretend 5 star room you can take it for your holidays in Kiev, but just make all arrangements with manager for the flat!
